Great staff.
The equipment is always in working condition
Everything is great overall. I only have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better:
1. Would it be possible to install a large fan in the men's locker room? After coming out of the shower, the locker room often feels a little hot, making it uncomfortable to get dressed. I sometimes begin sweating again to the point where I feel like I need another shower. A fan could help improve air circulation and comfort.
2. Would it be possible to add a clock inside the men's sauna? Since it is not recommended to bring a smartphone or smartwatch into the sauna, having a clock would help users keep track of time and avoid staying in too long.
3. The thermostat in the men's sauna does not appear to be working properly and may need to be inspected. Some sections of the wooden bench in the men's sauna are damaged or broken. Repairing or replacing the affected boards would improve both safety and comfort for users.
4. The pool water is occasionally cloudy. It may be helpful to monitor and address this issue when it occurs.
Thank you for considering these suggestions. Overall, the facility and staff do an excellent job, and these are only minor improvements that could further enhance the experience for everyone.

Everyone is friendly when I enter. Jason was very nice at my sign up and Corey was amazing when showing me around. If anyone is looking for a trainer I would recommend, Corey happily. He was helpful, courteous and took his time being willing to answer all questions.

I noticed new improvements of more updated circuit training area during my recent workout.
I have recommended it to 2 friends and they absolutely loved it! i love the women’s only area and makes me feel comfortable!
Very nice facility. Areas for improvement: I think the music is too loud ranging from 75-80 db. I think most are either listening to their own stuff through headphones or want is quiet. The music does not cover the other inherent noise it just adds to the chaos and make the experience unpleasant. You also have a hand dryer (men's locker room) that was not fixed properly and emits extremely loud sound that actually hurts your ears. It is near 95db a dangerous level.
Also, the members locking lockers overnight is a constant problem. It would be great if there was a regular sweep every night to open and re-set lockers that have been "claimed". And if there is evidence of who the culprits are, charge them a fine equal to the charge for having a personal locker. Second offense double the cost.
I think there needs to be more management by walking around. Walking around and taking note of things that need attention would solve many of the problems.
