Do a great job and very personable experience
First of all, Zerorez sent the nicest guy to do my carpets. He explained what he was doing & the process in which he would be cleaning. My carpet was brought back to life after 14 plus years of living on it. I will do this service again in the future.
Very professional and very effective cleaning technique
Zerorez did an excellent job on my carpet. After a day of drying, I noticed a small area in the living room that appeared to be a bit darker than the rest of the carpet (as if they had not steamed that area well enough). I called them and they sent someone out in a couple of days to assess the situation. They cleaned that area again free of charge and solved the problem. That is what I call GREAT customer service!! Thank you Zerorez!!
