I liked the inspection before cleaning began. I was informed of potential problems that may arise and given options. After cleaning, the carpet was not as wet as when I used other carpet cleaners. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

You can actually get the pet urine out of furniture. No one has ever been able to do that.
