I really like the way the tech came in my house, and as I showed him around he was planning in his head how he was going to clean my rugs. 1 guy did my rugs for less than an hour. If there were 2 guys, probably could have done it in 35-40 min.
He was very methodical as he should have been while cleaning my carpets. My carpet is old but well cared for throughout the week. It felt even better knowing that they were clean and my wife would not have to deal with strong cleaner odors for several days. She had no allergic reaction as she would normally.
The man did WELL! My carpet is 30 or so years old, so nothing could make it new, but it is much better than when he started!
