Excellent experience with Zerorez. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job of explaining everything about our carpet and what he was going to do. He didn’t apply any pressure for additional products and struck to the business of cleanning our carpet. After he was through, he cleaned up and gave us some great tips to help keep our carpeting clean longer. This was by far the best service experience we’ve had in a long time. (especially since the pandemic started!). I highly recommend this company especially if they have more technicians like Bryan!
Definitely makes our home feel much cleaner & safer! We had our ducts cleaned & they were pretty bad. Plus the worker discovered some issues that are causing us to lose heat/air, which explains a lot. Lol! I also decided to add the dryer vent cleaning & they found an abandoned bird nest in it! Now I have piece of mind that there won’t be any potential fires AND the air can flow better.
