Carpet is 8yrs old Had several stains from rust to koolaid and pet stains, all came out and smells great, had our tile cleaned as well, looks like the day we moved in, have already recommend you to our friends

Bought a rental property and there were a few pet stains, I was told it wouldn't get all of it out but would neutralize the smell, and it did exactly what they said.

I am quite impressed with having results that create the perception of new carpet. No chemical smell and soft, walkable carpet and clean furniture and all dry in a relatively short period of time. The technician was very courteous and professional and answered my questions. His proficiency enabled the whole process to go smooth and quick.

We purchased a better quality carpet and pad since we had young children, after a few years of spills from kids and accidents from pets the carpets were getting pretty bad and you could smell odors when you were down playing on the floors, he was able to bring back the look of new carpets and all smells were removed
