We purchased a better quality carpet and pad since we had young children, after a few years of spills from kids and accidents from pets the carpets were getting pretty bad and you could smell odors when you were down playing on the floors, he was able to bring back the look of new carpets and all smells were removed

The pet stains in my carpet always came back when I used other carpet cleaning companies but not with Zerorez. Plus Zerorez is a lot friendlier.
