They do a great job of cleaning and it is great for removing older dogs stains in carpet. I have used them several times before and they are the best ones I have used and have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Jon was super friendly and gave several suggestions on different problem areas in the carpet. He mentioned other services but wasn't pushy about them when I declined. The carpet looks good, I wished I had used you all sooner!

The carpets look great. My carpet tech was very knowledgeable about the cleaning and what was needed. We have a lot of pet stains from a puppy and I like how you don't smell the urine after it's cleaned.

Zerorez did exactly what they stated they would. Our teachs name was Jon, very professional and knowledgeable. Our carpets look,feel and smell amazing. I had one goal and they absolutely helped me achieve it. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
