Professional, gave me suggestions for carpet. Charged what i was told. No wet carpet.
Your call taker was very professional and ask the right questions and answered all my questions. Your operator "John" was very polite and professional and moved my furniture around and cleaned my carpets, several places over 2 and 3 times to get it right.
Then after he finished he moved my furniture back in place and told me to wear socks if I needed to walk on the carpet and it should be dry in 3 to 4 hours.
The carpet was dry and looks brand new, I will use them again if I need to in the future.

I heard about Zerorez on KOMA radio (92.5 FM). From my call to set up my appointment until the job was complete, I encountered nothing but friendly, professional help! My window was from 8-10 on a Saturday morning and he was there at 5 after 8! That never happens:) He did call me prior which I really appreciated. He was thorough and CLEAN and worked the whole time he was there. Job was fast and I was never happier with rug/upholstery cleaning. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends! Thank you! Our technician did a great job. He was on time, was friendly, remembered us from the last time, and did an awesome job on the carpet. He was very efficient too so we weren't inconvenienced for long. We will continue using Zerorez
The claims are true. After the carpet dries, it is soft like brand new, not crunchy with soap and residue left behind. Good job.
Price ended up being more than I expected. When I called and booked the appointment I told Dave that there were pet urine stains in one bedroom and thought that was already included in the price.
They also took down the wrong phone number for me so the first appointment was missed.
The Dr Pepper stain in another bedroom came right back up. Fortunately the house sold anyway.

I love the way the carpets feel when they dry and I also have allergies and since no harsh chemicals are used I do not have any allergic reactions during or after carpets are cleaned.
