Excellent carpet cleaning! The polite and knowledgeable service technician walked through every room in the house, let me point out areas of concern and correctly told me what would and wouldn't come out. Further, he gave me an estimate on the spot as to how much it would cost and he was done exactly when he said he would be. Finally, when I found wet carpet the next day, he was there in an hour to vacuum it up (even though it turned out it was from a leak). Can not recommend Zerorez highly enough!

I really like the condition of my carpets when they are done. They worked really hard on the stubborn stains, and there wasn't any sticky or stiff feel to the carpets. They showed up on time, were professional and efficient. My second time using them and would use them again. They did everything they promised!
