The crew was late because of a truck breakdown, but the crew was great when they arrived. Eric included a pet clean up at no additional charge because of the delay. I will recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their services. Thanks

Great service technicians very knowledgeable and they back up there work. They came out and retreated an area. I have found no residual from the cleaning and the carpets are soft.
They also cleaned my wood floors they look marvelous
