Ease of scheduling appointment, timeliness of service call, awesome technician (thank you Eric Wallace!). This is the only carpet cleaning service we will use.

Thomas did a very good job. He worked very hard to get some red dirt footprints from my carpet (so far,so good). My carpet looks great and he was very professional but courteous and friendly.

Your serviceman was very professional, polite, and thorough. He did a really great job of cleaning our carpets and was very careful with all the furniture he had to move. We would recommend him to anyone else who wants to use Zerorez.
