I was expecting extremely happy with the job that Zero Rez did. I have had my carpet cleaned by other companies and the carpet didn't seem to be as clean as I thought it should be and it took forever for the carpet to dry. With Zero Rez the carpet was clean and the carpet dried in no time flat. The price was less than I paid for in the past too. I am very pleased with Zero Rez and would recommend them to anyone.
