The claims are true. After the carpet dries, it is soft like brand new, not crunchy with soap and residue left behind. Good job.

Price ended up being more than I expected. When I called and booked the appointment I told Dave that there were pet urine stains in one bedroom and thought that was already included in the price.
They also took down the wrong phone number for me so the first appointment was missed.
The Dr Pepper stain in another bedroom came right back up. Fortunately the house sold anyway.

Zerorez removed pet stains and old coffee stains I thought would never come out. Service was efficient, reasonably priced, and better in every way than other companies I've used.

My carpet feels so good and clean, without chemicals. This is everything they said it would be.

He was very informative and answered all of our questions.

The carpet is clean with no soap. Carpet is lighter and stains are gone!
