Great customer service
I remember going there as a kid and it was nice visiting it now as an adult and with the renovations it’s very nice
It's fairly priced, the popcorn is delicious, the theaters are always clean and comfortable, and i never have any lighting issues. Santikos is the best.

We absolutely enjoyed the entire Santiko's Galaxy Theater experience. The staff, the kiosks, and the food, were great. The theater and the bathrooms were clean. The parking was easy and plentiful. We sure do look forward to coming out again.

We are huge movie buffs so when we discovered Galaxy in our new neighborhood I was so excited. Evenness is so friendly, it’s very well kept and I love the self service popcorn! It’s all very fun even the holographic tiles in the restrooms LOL 😎

It's easy to purchase tickets. I love the self serve popcorn--I have never seen that anywhere before. Recliner chairs are comfy. It's great.
Self service of popcorn and drinks. Although the manager who was not masked and tending the register , was a bit rude when I asked about my theaters location. He snapped at me when I asked where it was. I had my app on my phone open and he quipped , when I asked again..."Well I'm tryingbtonlook at your phone!" (As to what movie I had pulled up on my phone."
I guess a better response (masked) would have been, What movie and showing are you here to see today, sir?" I can direct you better from there...

I love santikos , Today I went in with my son and used the kiosk to purchase my tickets . Well tickets never came out so I decided to go to register and pay again. I noticed after I left I got charged twice so I called and the agent who help me was super understanding and helped me out He was able to refund me everything went so smoothly and his customer service was on top!
