I love the customer service and how friendly everyone is! The food is some of the best theater food I’ve had, compared to AMC and Regal Cinemas. I love ya’ll’s cheeseburger combo. It’s also great that you guys serve draft Shiner as well!
The auditorium itself is AMAZING. The sound quality is always great and the picture is great too. I never have to complain or get out of my seat during the movie to ask to turn the volume up. The surround sound is very noticeable and really immerses you in the film.
I love the aesthetic of Santikos Galaxy as well and the 80’s music that plays. Overall, ya’ll have some of the best movie theaters in San Antonio and I always look forward to coming to see a movie at Santikos!

I like the way all member greet us and make sure if we have everything for the movie also enjoy how the food and popcorn is fresh and I enjoyed the comfort of the chairs and enjoy the sound of the movie

The entire experience was smooth from start to finish—getting tickets was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free, which made everything feel convenient right away. The seating was just as impressive: incredibly comfortable, spacious, and perfect for settling in and actually enjoying the movie without constantly shifting around. It really made a difference in the overall experience and made the visit that much more enjoyable.
We loved the movie, it was so educational, cute and very funny.
We had a great experience as always, we had to visit a Regal recently due to scheduling conflicts and remembered very quickly why we stick to Santikos! Thank yall for being awesome!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by the cashier and welcomed to the front. I Ordered my tickets,food and drinks. The process was easy and quick. The food came out fresh and was delicious. I had 2 slices of Pizza,popcorn and sodas. The environment was clean everything was organized and stocked. The movie was very enjoyable. Overall this movie going experience was great for a Wednesday mid-day flick. The Galaxy is usually my go to Theater.
Just overall love Santikos. Popcorn is great. Soda is too. And there’s always someone at concessions.
