Customer service is very good always jolly and attentive. Seats in theatre are so comfortable. I like the fact I can have a glass of water nevor bottle of beer when watching a movie. Huge for me is Santikos gives back to our community in San Antonio TX. Thank you for all you do to create a comfortable environment and friendly atmosphere!! Cheers. Tami

Everything! From easily buying our tickets, to ordering out food (love your French fries by the way), to a clean lobby, theater and restrooms, we completely enjoy our Santikos experience.

Theater is always clean.
We love that the seats recline, it's easier for our 2 daughters.
We no longer go to any other theater.
