I love our local San Antonio Santinos Galexy theatre. The staff is always kind and display great customer service. The theaters are comfortable and every theatre, bathroom, arcade area, bar, tables, floor are always clean. We always have had a great family experience. The no cash policy is taking a little getting used to but given everything else I guess not being able to use cash is ok.
The associate refunded the cost of my ticket after I purchased one without having used my free birthday certificate.
Staff at the bar was very nice and friendly.
Also the food pick up container great idea.

The Galaxy has recliner seating and self serve popcorn/drinks…love it! The theater is clean and has been redone. It is one of first choices when choosing a place to see a movie.

We really enjoy going to Galaxy Theatre, this is always our go-to spot. This past visit my $5 reward wouldn't come off the concession due to a technical glitch with the register. The guys tried and tried to get it to work but had no success, it was no big deal, I will just use it next time. Everyone was very friendly and tried so I appreciate that.
