We just love Santikos for so many reasons like the cleanliness in every theatre no matter which location we go to. Our staples are The Galaxy and Embassy. The friendliness of the employee and management and the outstanding customer service.

The place was nice and clean this includes the restrooms. Love that the seat's we're spaced apart. Can't wait for the next good movie to come out.

I love the customer service your employees at the Galaxy (our home location) provide. They are always cheerful and ready to assist with an issue at anytime.
We also love the food there. A big pet peeve of mine is when I order a meal and the plate is hotter than the food. It's pretty rare to find a place that can accurately prepare a meal and have it smoking hot 100% of the time. You haven't let us down yet. Because of this, we prefer to have a meal with the show instead of a restaurant before hand.
