I really liked the renovations and kiosks to purchase tickets.
Smaller more intimate theater; self-serve popcorn
Management is totally involved in making sure employees are knowledgeable in customer service. Also, theater was clean and recliners very comfortable.
The loved the self servicing popcorn station. There was a person on the phone during the movie. I alerted an attendant, they went to check out the situation immediately but as soon as the attendant showed up the person put the phone away not seeing the phone out.

A few things on the menu have changed that make certain deals less valuable. The area is always clean and the people are always friendly but a few changes have made certain items less cost effective for a customer.
No waiting in line
Not too busy, clean, reserved seating with spaces between parties, food and drinks. Food could use more options. Popcorn and soda selection is great.

Me and my daughter go there and we are comfortable management knows us already and greet us in a good wouldn't want it any other way thank you for the entertainment.
When my daughters flight got delayed an hour before show time they were willing snd able to switch us to a later show she we could still see black widow when she landed. I was so grateful for that.

We LOVE Santikos' theaters --- ESPECIALLY the Galaxy theater on 410 and Perrin Beitel. Have been patronizing that theaters FOR YEARS. It's clean, the ticket prices are VERY AFFORDABLE, the food is delicious, they offer free refills and I earn reward points with EVERY purchase.
I HIGHLY recommend Santikos theaters to anyone!
Santikos is my favorite theatre! However, this time all the Icee machines were down so I ended up not getting any popcorn either.
