I love the Santikos Galaxy theater I always am welcomed with a smile and offered to be helped, the cashiers are always friendly and food are always fresh and delicious and the movies and theaters are relaxing and an overall just a great movie going experience.
We really enjoy going to the movies with our family. The theater was clean and we got our snacks per fast.

It has definitely gotten better. They just need to take customer experience into mind. If someone complains that dinner people are being too loud it isn't just because, it's probably because they people are being too loud. I understand you guys aren't the Alamo Drafthouse but majority customer experience should be your priority as a cinema.
Staff was great and it was clean inside and outside. There were a few seats that the cushion came out of, but overall great experience.

I love that I can buy my movie tickets through the ticket box. The theater, restrooms & lobby is always so clean.
The biggest hit for me is that I love that I can pour my own popcorn, butter & soft drink without waiting on the staff to get it for me plus it makes buying & paying at concession stand go fast. 2nd best is using rewards card to build up cash back to use toward tickets or concession stand. Thank you Santikos, I am one happy fan!

The new management go out of their way to say hello and ask if we need anything. I’ve been going to this theater for 8 yrs and after the remodeling and the last 6 months it has been great!
Perfect crowd. Not that much younger crowd. It’s where I went as a teenager, but now, it’s the perfect place for me and my wife. Especially with the remodeling and upgrades.
