My husband and I love that it has the feel of a smaller theater. The large venues like Silverado and Palladium are too crowded.

I appreciate the staff from Northwest; very attentive, friendly, & accommodating to my son who has special needs. I also like the fact that it is usually not overcrowded, although I'm sure a few upgrades may be necessary. I see many of my friends there on a weekly basis, and many have shared the same experiences there at Northwest. I have been going to Northwest for over 30 years, and have very few complaints about theater. Keep up the great work!
