What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The friendliness of the staff, clean theaters, fantastic selection of movie food/snacks and overall experience. I also love how Santikos gives back to the community. Last night I went to see Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas at the Embassy theater. I went by myself since I haven’t been able to see family but Santikos and employees have made me feel so welcome. I admit it has been a difficult few months since moving back to San Antonio but the movie experience always helps me in many ways. Even escaping for a couple of hours makes the days so much better. Thank you for everything and I cannot wait to visit Santikos again.

The Embassy is always clean. Parking is convenient and feels safe. Seats are comfortable and spacious. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

It’s a nice theater & the employees are cordial. I am disappointed that special movies are almost double the admission price & that the large soda & popcorn combo has gone up so much in price.

I was not aware of the changes in the loyalty program and the GM (who I thought was just a regular employee) took time to explain it, contact Santikos on my behalf and I got an email that allowed me to make changes on my computer. That is great customer service.

On top of that, the theater itself is a wonderful venue in which to watch a movie! It is well maintained and the staff always makes me feel like a valued customer!!

First and foremost, the movies! I like to see current movies as well as occasional classics. (Before Covid I enjoyed the Wednesday classic movies that were shown on only one screen for just one day). The movies - closely followed by the theatres themselves within the Embassy. They are ALWAYS clean and fresh. A big plus. And the staff is superb. My friends and I really appreciate the friendliness and capability of the staff who work at the registers selling tickets, which we prefer to buying tickets at the kiosks or online. Love, love the Embassy!! Best in town!!

I love how comfortable the theater is but most of all,I love the convenient of refilling popcorn and drinks instead of waiting in the line to get refills and missing out on the movie.

Because of the staff and cleanliness of the theatre, I do my best to ONLY go to a Santikos theatre. The others just can't compare. I am especially fond of the Embassy 14 theatre. From the ordering of tickets online or in person to the person behind the concession stand and the ones who have the unfortunate task of cleaning up after some pretty messy and inconsiderate people at times, they are always friendly and thank you for coming. Plus an extra bonus is how much Santikos does for the community. I have never had any issues. I am a loyal supporter of Santikos and will continue to be so.
