We attend a movie there about twice/month. We enjoy the less-crowded (fewer teens just hanging out) environment than one experiences at Palladium or Regal Live Oak and Northwoods. Addition of Starbucks coffee & hot chocolate is appreciated. Staff is usuailly friendly and attentive. One drawback is the newer hand dryers in restrooms. because users must stand in front of them - and get splashed by the spray from each other's hands - for about 20-30 seconds, we see more people just not bothering to wash hands, meaning we need to use a kleenex on the door handle to pull open the door after those folks have grabbed the handle and dashed out. With the prior automated paper dispensers, more patrons would just grab their paper towel and leave, depositing the towel in the container just outsdie the door.

It's small, hassle free and friendly.

I usually go to the matinee shows. Everyone, from the time I purchse my ticket, get a snack, till my exit after the move, is so nice, warm and professional. I always have great experiences in you theaters.

We have a group of 8 friends that regularly go to the movies on Monday nights for fun, fellowship, and popcorn!

Selection of movies and movie times. Location is convenient and the theatre is clean.

We feel the theatre's friendly environment and value for the price are well worth frequenting. It was a pleasant surprise to see Mr. Santikos life flash past viewers prior to the movies we saw, although it would be nice to have more depth to the story. Also, as mentioned to employees one of the days we attended, it was nice to see different foods being offered as options. The menus were a nice touch, although difficult to read. We mentioned at the time that there were no instructions as to "How, Where, or When" to order though. If given that information as we entered, in the form of signage or words, we would have had dinner as we enjoyed our movies. Unfortunate to discover after the fact. We look forward to an opportunity to do that on another occasion. Healthier options in food are always welcome. Thank you.

For years Embassy has been my theater of choice. It is convenient to my house, parking is easy and close (as compared to Palladium), and usually not so crowded that I have trouble finding seats.
At the same time, I would like to let you know that I am not excited about the new rewards program. To me it is essentially a price increase to loyal Santikos customers. I used to really look forward to the progressive rewards after certain spending levels. Now, the reward is not nearly as appealing.
Also, the smallest popcorn size is huge. I attend a lot of movies by myself and that is about 3 times as much popcorn as I would like. Other chains offer smaller sizes.I understand you want more concession revenue, but that shouldn't mean you offer fewer choices to your customers.
