I like the professional staff at the Embassy Theater - especially Roger and Heather. I feel like they are not only courteous but geniunely interested in providing great service and a good movie experience for customers.
I like the team work of the Santikos employees, when the lines get long or too cold to stand outside the manager brings us in to buy tkts at customers service. The popcorn is always fresh & the employees behind the counter always have a smile, the guys that are ready to clean they always say thank you for coming. I also like the fact that you earn rewards a lot quicker that other reward programs.

I already provided feedback about why I appreciate and frequent Santikos theaters, and was in the process of extending my condolences to the family and the organization he built regarding the loss of Mr Santikos in 2014, when I lost the screen. So again my sympathies for y/our loss of a person who must have been very interesting to know and enjoy his company and shared thoughts, wisdom and insights born of a long life well-lived. Keep up the great work - in his name and memory!

Never had any issues always plenty of seating & good drinks and nice seats. Only had stale popcorn once but otherwise it's fine. Not a huge fan of the new Santikos rewards system now, I like Regal better but I really enjoy the matinee specials from 4-6pm

The promptness of the concession workers.
The Embassy is always my #1 choice for movies! It is simply the best run theater in town. I live 5 minutes from the Regal Quarry in Alamo Heights and never go there. Santikos is tops in my book!
