Wasn't quite sure about the assigned seating but when I got inside it was fine I didn't have to worry that I wouldn't get a good seat

The bigger screens are great. I don't like the small screens for seeing a movie.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the theater; however, I do not like the new assigned seating policy. First, when going to movies with a group and everyone is paying for their own ticket it makes things very difficult (and holds up the line to purchase tickets). I ended up on a packed row last night and needed to go to the bathroom for over an hour but did not want to have to climb over 20 people to get out of the theater and then back to my seat.

I don't like the reserve seating during the week when not all seats will be sold. It is a waste of time. It's OK for first run on the weekends!
