Ability to reserve seats when we know we may be running late. Theaters seem to be better temperature controlled as we have not frozen the last few times.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We like the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the stations where you get your drinks and other snacks is always readily available and not full of customers, the theaters are always nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoy going to this theater more even though it's further away than the Mayan which is the closest theater to our house. Keep up the good work, Embassy Theater.

There was a blackout during the movie. The staff did everything possible to notify and keep customers calm during the outage.

The service and quality of the food is very good. The service at the bar is amazing. All the entire place including the restrooms always clean. Love santikos!!!!

The theater is in a relaxed setting without all the hype and neon of most places. The staff are always pleasant and friendly.

even though I did not find seats for the extravaganza showtimes, I know the option to save is there. Most location are clean. However, the Drink Station needs more care. There are spills, supplies are low especially when it's busy and it looks dirty.

From the friendly greeting at the entrance, fresh popcorn and continued value with the matinee prices. MOST OF ALL I LOVE, APPRECIATE, THE ABILITY TO RESERVE SEATS!! NO MORE PALLADIUM!
