Friendly workers!
The staff, the facilities and the prices
The whole experience was very fast and easy. I bought tickets online for the first time and the reserved seats were nice. The employees were friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable and the place appeared clean.
Managers superviser were on top of staff...
clean , friendly
I like assigned seating so we won't have to wait in line to get the best seat.
A very mature audience unlike other theaters overrun with teenagers.
All personnel are friendly and helpful. The theater is clean, especially the bathrooms. Most films are offered at various times of the day, making it convenient to fit a movie into your schedule.

Friendly. Great food. Great Very professional crew at all times,, plenty of parking!!!!
My wife and I appreciate the closeness of the Embassy and Palladium to our home (15 minutes or so). We like the points program - however would like to see maybe 80 points equal $5. We are seniors so our ticket prices don't add up as fast. (Please don't raise the prices for seniors anytime soon)One thing that we do not appreciate is purchasing a soft drink like a medium and then asking for a small cup so that we could share the drink. Know that some people would take advantage of this to keep getting a refill in the larger container so that the drink can be shared with their companion - but perhaps there is a way to do it. Lastly, the new choose your seat program is a bit complicated and I think maybe it should be used with first runs the opening week and not the length of the movie showing over weeks. You currently are using an usher to monitor the theatre to make sure that someone doesn't sit in reserved seats - but when the theatre is not full, people will sit anywhere and sometime it is a reserved seat. This happened to us the other night as there were people in our seats. They apologized and the usher let them take other seats. The house was not even half filled. We go to your theatres over some other movie chains.
close to my house (78232 zipcode), online ticket purchase with NEW RESERVED SEATING; good snacks!
