Last time I was there there was a disturbance in front of theater 3 at the drink station. A mentally challenged man had gotten upset about something and he purposely kicked the trash can over. He ranted and got on his phone and he clearly looked disturbed. I immediately contacted First name removed at the bar and she immediately contacted the on duty manager who then both went directly to the are to see the man that had created the disturbance. He was still outside the drink station and I went into my movie but I heard they took care of the problem. That made me feel safe.
Honestly, the staff at Santikos are just nicer than the other guys. I go to the movies every weekend! And I've had to see my movie at other places from time to time and when I do, I always says to myself, I'm sticking w Santikos!

I like the reserved seating, the staff is friendly. I wish you'd pop the popcorn in coconut oil though.

Being able to pick the seats ahead of time is great with my 5 year. I can purchase great seats in advance and still take her to the restroom and get her snacks with out worrying about losing them.

Everything. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The theater is always clean.
It's a very nice theater, the grounds are kept up, the friendliness and cleanliness is usually outstanding. It's easy usually to get a parking place.
I like the employees at the concession and at the box office. They are truly caring and helpful! I love the chairs in the theatre.

You have good Human Resources practices. Your hiring employee's that would find it difficult to be employed else where.
You are being proactive in smartphone and online purchasing of movie tickets which is a smart business move being current with consumer technology. I personally do not care so much about making seat reservations when I attend, as I prefer matinees which usually are not crowded making seat selection an unnecessary step.
