I like the fact that the theatre supports the community. I tend to choose Santikos theaters over other movie theaters in San Antonio. I like Embassy 14 because it's a smaller neighborhood theatre.

The cost of a twilight movie is a fantastic price! The theatre is clean. I also like the assigned seating.

This is the first time, I had a bad experience the ac was off on theater 8 at 5:00 yesterday so the bad odor from the humidity was not comfortable. But I did not complain and I still recommend Santikos because I understand 1 out of 300 times you can have a mistake.

Good location, movie selection and prices. I do wish they would get their rewards card program fixed. I have enrolled in three programs over the years and they all were a problem!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really enjoy the Embassy theater, comfortable seating, clean, good service, nice clientele, beer specials. I am a regular customer, the Embassy is my theater of choice. I love the Bijou,also. I go there when an exclusive film is being played there, and I like the waitress service in the theater. They always have an art gallery in the hallway featuring different artists work, which gets changed out regularly. It makes for a very pleasant experience. The Bijou is farther away, so I don't go there as often as I would like.
