What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We enjoyed the movie buy every time we visit on of the icee machines is broken. We end up having to walk to the other set of machines and as parents we miss a portion of the movie. Frustrating.

Just moved to the area, searched for a movie theater and found this one. I love that I can reserve seats and that the seats are so comfortable!! The only downsides are the seats are on the small side and there are no table trays to put your food on. Having to go pick your food up from the front counter after you have sat down is also a bummer.

I like that the staff are friendly. The lines for concessions move fast and the rewards program. But to be honest I liked the old rewards program better.

I like the reserved seating. Its very nice to be able to get a snack pack during the day,nice to a break. I go to movies often.

My husband and I have been going to this theater for years. Rebecca the bartender is so friendly and social she takes very good care of us while waiting for our movie to start. Never had any issues using our Groupon deal and love the Santos reward card.

I like that you get to pick your seats when buying your tickets. No problems with scattered family members. Our family likes the fact of free soda and popcorn refills.
