I love the reserved recliner seats, the ease of buying tickets at the kiosk or on the app. This is definitely my favorite theater and the one we go to if at all possible.

The Embassy Theater is always clean, the staff helpful and we love the new reclining seats and food choices. Keep up the good work! :)

The new chairs are very comfortable. I wish the concessions were not so expensive. We would be able to go to the movies more often

The staff is always nice and courteous. I really like the theater since the remodel. The larger, reclining seats are great!!

I like the reclining seats and the small theaters. I don't like sitting up close except here. I like that you refill the large drinks and popcorn and the freedom to select the drink I want.

The seats of course! The quality of the screen and projection is very high. The popcorn is the best! I very much enjoy the props located in the lobby and hall ways.

Just a great place to go to the movies, I live in Canyon Lake and there are other theaters more conveniently located, but I prefer Embassy 14!

Tickets are easy to purchase online. Theatres are small and seats are great. Place is clean and employees are great and courteous.

I LOVE the fact that Santikos gives back to the community. They keep their facilities up nicely and truely enjoy what they do. Members that work at the different Santikos seem happy to be there. I enjoy all the different ones and always look for my movie playing at one of them that’s close to me wherever I am.
