The staff is always very friendly. I like that I am able to purchase tickets inside. The reclining seats are awesome!
the atmosphere is great and have gone to this theater many times with my family. my last visit was upsetting a little as my chair as well as another family members chair did not work and recline back. the chair may of been broken. we saw jumanji in theater #7 and seats 16A and 17A did not work. The movie was funny, but it would of been nice to have our seats working as it would of been more comfortable to watch the movie. I would still go back but hope they can get their chairs fixed as it was upsetting to not be comfortable and recline back with us sitting in the very front of the screen.

Your Santikos app and loyalty rewards website needs serious attention. My credit card is saved, but it will never process when I try to purchase via the website on my laptop or when I log into the app. I have to enter my credit card information each time on the app to buy tickets and it's frustrating. Please get an appropriate vendor to manage your website and app, so it's more robust. It is slow and not savvy which tells me you need a new webmaster that knows what they are doing.

Staff was friendly, the pretzel was really delicious.
I did have problems selecting my seats on the website and had to go to the kiosk which was okay but by the time I got their I didn’t get the seats I wanted and I had to pay more for the tickets.
Also it would be nice if at the kiosk you can enter your rewards info using your phone number or email. I only saw the option to swipe a card that apparently does not exist.
I like the comfortable seats and legroom in the theaters.
