Staff was friendly, the pretzel was really delicious.
I did have problems selecting my seats on the website and had to go to the kiosk which was okay but by the time I got their I didn’t get the seats I wanted and I had to pay more for the tickets.
Also it would be nice if at the kiosk you can enter your rewards info using your phone number or email. I only saw the option to swipe a card that apparently does not exist.

The beautiful interior design is warm and inviting with interesting displays. The lobby, hallways and bathrooms are kept nice and clean. It's easy to get your snacks and drinks - even easier to get refills. But the best part is the terrific customer service and uplifting attitude of the employees. They set the positive tone that somehow translates to the guests, who also seem to behave more pleasantly than I've seen in other movie theaters. We go out of our way to visit this particular location. The Embassy is our Go-To family theater because we know it's a great experience EVERY time!

Our loyalty account is my wife's numberPhone number removed669. We took my in-laws who are in there eighties to see Coco. They rarely get out. My wife and I go to Embassy and Bijou nearly weekly, sometimes watching more than one movie in one visit. If you have another customer that watches more movies and Santikos I would be surprised. On Wednesday, the POS was having problems. Initially the sales clerk then Isla said my wife's card was not going through. So I said use my card and then the same problem continued and I knew there was plenty of money on the card. They determined that the POS was the problem not our cards however I am writing this because I was charged $185 for my visit on my checking acct card. I purchased two beers, two hotdogs, two cali burgers, a large popcorn, and two large drinks. I do not believe that should amount to $185. Somehow I was overcharged and apparently when my card was being swiped and they assumed it was not going through, it did. I have been a loyal and constant customer since I moved here in 2004. I do not know if you can research this but I know I was way overcharged. I wish I remembered the young man's name who politely have me coupons for the length of my transaction but I still overpayed. Please respond with a reasonable resolution. We respect and love the Santikos organization and personnel who have served us for so many years and visits

Clean environment, friendly staff, at the embassy theaters the auditoriums are well maintained, a beautiful/elegant entry, more adult oriented, reclined seating, a wonderful place to enjoy the movie

Been here many times. Very clean, nice staff, comfy seats. Love the drink machines outside the theater for quick refills. Lastly prices are good for the quality of this theater.

Everything is a good place to relax and enjoy a good movie

I love the fact most of the theatres have those big seats and reserved seating. I also like the free refills on sodas and large popcorn. Too bad the prices are a bit high. The fact Santikos donates helps me “swallow” the high prices of concessions 😄. Miss the specials at Christmas time when you bought gift cards you get extra $5.00 gift card. 😩

The comfortable seating is great! Everyone working here is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoy the wine selection as well. MUCH better than Aamodrafthouse!

Great new, comfy seats! Plus, I got to see a movie (Meshuga Nutcracker) only Santikos was showing (as usual), but didn't have to go all the way to the Bijou in the rain to see it.

The Nachos are a lot better than before and the the ontrhing I would have to say is that please add more chips than just 30 pieces of chips for a large bowl of cheese and salas. Other than that it was awesome as always. I love watching all my movies at any Santikos theaters.

We love the Embassy ! It's beautiful and comfy and we love that it's smaller. I just wish there was a "no late arrival" policy. People arriving late really ruin the experience.
