We love the new renovations! The lobby is beautiful and the new reclining seats are very comfy. This is now our new go to theater for our movie fixes.

The seats are roomy. Even at the foot rest. At other movie theaters. You can’t pass by the feet.
love the seating, the menu is diverse and interior inspiring for avid movie fans. Just wish you all had iced tea as a beverage. Buying a bottle and pouring it over a specimen cup of ice doesn't cut it for me.
I would like to pass on that the Embassy 14 is my favorite movie theater of all time! This theater in particular prides itself on friendly/helpful customer service, as well as a top notch clean facility. I love the new interior face-lift, the user friendly kiosks out front to conveniently purchase tickets, and most importantly the delicious popcorn! 😉
Santikos is a phenomenal organization that serves the community and humanity well. A true Pilar with a rich culture that truly puts people first!

Love the intimate setting, the closeness of the screen, the seats, the bar, and the lobby.
Everything! The reclining seats are so comfortable, and the lobby staff is top notch. The food's good too!

Seats are great. Food is good. Staff is nice. Theatre is clean and the volume didn’t blast my ears.
The theatres are state of the art in terms of comfort, ease of access, and a good value, especially given the support that Santikos provides to the community.

I saw Alliegiance last night. I loved the musical, enjoyed the space and reclining seats, and was DISAPPOINTED when technical problems arose. three times.
1. the sound stopped and film kept playing
2. the sound and the film were stopped a few minutes
3. sound and cinema stopped while film was frozen for a couple of minutes
A patron took it upon himself to notify staff each time it happened so problems were resolved. I emailed ALLEGIANCE website to ask about technical difficulties and they said that was NOT the norm.
What happened? Glitches in the movie, sound system, or snowy weather in San Antonio? I saw ALLEGIANCE in the same theater, and same auditorium last year, and there were no problems. Much appreciated if you have an answer. Thank you!

The theater is clean and the renovation has left this theater looking amazing. The reclining seats are so comfortable and are the reason we frequent Embassy. The staff is helpful and always pleasant.
