this is our favorite theatre. it is close to home and always has great customer service. from checking, cashout and management.

I love the theater. It is always clean and staff is friendly. Movies always come out clear and loud, thank yall for being good and awesome.

Great facility, staff and experience. Please bring back courtesy water cups instead of cones. Possibly offer small paper cups at a small charge. Prices have increased. For one senior to buy a theater ticket and a large popcorn is over $20. To purchase the smallest drink costs $7.

Everyone is friendly, the food options are great & the Military Mondays are nice.

I like the paired recliners where we can pick up the armrest between us.

I enjoy the serve yourself popcorn and sodas. The seats are comfortable. I think the only thing I can say that could be improved is the quality of the food.

For whatever reason the soda fountain drinks are better than the one’s at North West. The soda fountain’s at North West are flat, no fizz.

I enjoy the movies, theatre chairs and the food.

Love your military Mondays! The only thing that would be better is if your military service could be verified when purchasing online tickets.

Yes, I love Santikos theater and popcorn! I love that I can go to a clean theater and enjoy seeing a movie on the big screen with my family!

The place was very clean. The service was excellent. I was welcomed with a smile the popcorn and nachos very fresh and delicious. I brought a friend it was her first time to this Santikos location and she really enjoyed the experience. I’m a rewards member (for a long time) and I’m use to visiting Santikos The Galaxy location but the past two times really have not had great experiences (extremely bad) . Decided to try this location and might be my new go to location. Thanks for allowing us a great movie going experience and redeeming the Santikos brand. Keep up the great work Santikos Embassy!!!

Clean theatre, staff was friendly and courteous. Seating was spaced comfortably. Will be going back soon!!

Seats are comfortable.

Almost everything, employees are always friendly and helpful if needed. Theatres and restrooms are always clean, the food is good, especially the all you can eat popcorn. Food prices are a little to high but that's to be expected at any theater. The sound system, and I guess digital movies are always good.

What I don't like is the outside ticket machines are closed with only 2 inside and not being able to use cash.

Santikos checks bags for safety;, offers good , independent movies; seats are comfortable; staff is pleasant, “Golden combo” is reasonable; and Santikos is charitable!
