I love going to all Santikos Movie Theaters

The theater was clean the service friendly and professional

Everything was outstanding... once I overcame the disaster that is the ticket purchasing process of the web site.
Although it's been awhile, I have been registered on the web site for several years. this was I've used the site just once since pre-pandemic and all went smoothly. It seems that the site underwent a major "upgrade" recently and it would not accept my order. my existing password- which is linked to my email in my Apple 'keychain" password management system, was rejected (don't know why) and your web site then asked me to reset the password by first providing my email address and the email password. Like everything else associated with passwords, email is managed by the Keychain (so I do not remember why gmail password - embarrassing, but in a world where every site requires a password, I simply cannot remember them all) faced with the dilemma of resetting a new password for my email NOT acceptable because email + password is a key data link in virtually all other web site validations,I quit the Sntikos system and walked into the theatre and purchased in advance at the counter.
I'm a rabid Santikos fan and the theatre is close to home so I'll continue to be a customer, but I'm intensely dissatisfied. There has got to be a better way to manage the purchasing system without running customers through the wringer like present system.

The theaters are always clean. They have very nice newer recliners. I like that you can refill your popcorn. I like that you get your own drinks.

Overall, I love Santikos because of its great popcorn/self serve section!! I certainly would give you a "10" rating if you were to have them at the PALLADIUM AS WELL!! Why don't you????

Also, it would be nice to have ANOTHER SODA MACHINE on the #7 Movie theater side of EMBASSY THEATER! There's only "1" there now with an icee machine. We need another soda machine like on the OTHER side of the theater.

Lastly, we were there to see Mufasa: The Lion King, and theater number 7 was COLD THAT DAY!! You really need to adjust your AC temps so that people can be comfortable while viewing their movie.

I like that there is a table to put my drink and popcorn. And that the seats recline.

Staff is always friendly. The entire place is always clean.

I believe some of the seats need to be updated. When reclining, some work and some don't.

Comfortable seats, good drinks and concessions

I love the own serve popcorns and drinks, that’s super convenient and also great pricing on food/drinks. We bought beef nachos and chicken tenders and they were amazing, great portions and flavors. We will continue on going to that movie theater, is our favorite now!

Santikos is a great theater. Love the self serve on popcorn (and butter) and drinks with soda and icees.

Santikos also gives back to the community.
Lots of parks for children and others to enjoy in San Antonio.
