I enjoy the serve yourself popcorn and sodas. The seats are comfortable. I think the only thing I can say that could be improved is the quality of the food.

For whatever reason the soda fountain drinks are better than the one’s at North West. The soda fountain’s at North West are flat, no fizz.

Yes, I love Santikos theater and popcorn! I love that I can go to a clean theater and enjoy seeing a movie on the big screen with my family!

The place was very clean. The service was excellent. I was welcomed with a smile the popcorn and nachos very fresh and delicious. I brought a friend it was her first time to this Santikos location and she really enjoyed the experience. I’m a rewards member (for a long time) and I’m use to visiting Santikos The Galaxy location but the past two times really have not had great experiences (extremely bad) . Decided to try this location and might be my new go to location. Thanks for allowing us a great movie going experience and redeeming the Santikos brand. Keep up the great work Santikos Embassy!!!

Seats are comfortable.
Almost everything, employees are always friendly and helpful if needed. Theatres and restrooms are always clean, the food is good, especially the all you can eat popcorn. Food prices are a little to high but that's to be expected at any theater. The sound system, and I guess digital movies are always good.
What I don't like is the outside ticket machines are closed with only 2 inside and not being able to use cash.
Santikos checks bags for safety;, offers good , independent movies; seats are comfortable; staff is pleasant, “Golden combo” is reasonable; and Santikos is charitable!
