The theater is clean. Decor in the lobby is nice. The food is good. You can get your own popcorn and soda refills. The seats are comfortable and recline. The screen and sound system are impressive.

I liked paying at the concessions for tickets and food & drinks. The theater was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Nice theater, wish the app to purchase tickets was a little easier to see seats before buying. It locks up and many times you can’t go back to another seat or purchase 3 seats at a time.

Seats were great sound was good although the toilets in the lady’s room were nasty

We love Santikos. We like to pick our seat. We like the recliner seats. The concession.

I like the Embassy theater. It is always clean. However, I didn't like that when I ordered a drink and some popcorn (I mentioned I had points to use for this) that I was offered the regular size, which I accepted. When I was charged for this, I was told that the points could only be used for the large size. That should have been mentioned prior to the sale taking place. I also was disappointed that I didn't earn points for a ticket purchased at the theater. I didn't know in advance that that is only the case for advance reservations. I feel that these practices should be better advertised.

I have always liked going to Embassy. I have another theater closer to me but I drive further to Embassy. I do visit theater close to me to but I prefer Embassy. Always real clean and nice.

The seating, cleanliness, location

Theater was fantastic! Comfy seats, great sound. Only issue we had was with happy hour drinks. Sign said $4.99 happy hour for a 16 oz margarita. My husband and I ordered 2 for the happy hour special. When we paid, the bill for 2 "happy hour" drinks was over $20.00. When we asked why, we were told the happy hour is for frozen only and we ordered on the rocks. Nowhere on the sign did it say you had to order frozen.
