I won’t go to another theater.. I truly enjoy the Embassy . Location is perfect and the self serve popcorn and drinks is an added bonus.
Quick easy check in and service when purchasing snacks
Santikos is our favorite theater. We love that we can get our own popcorn and drinks. This makes the lines much shorter. And the seats are comfortable. The tray tables are convenient. And the lobby is attractive.
First, the movie choices. We saw The Chosen Sn.5 part 1, then part 2 and part 3 next.
The theater is great, friendly, clean, and most importantly ... yummy popcorn.

It’s always a pleasure being able to catch a movie in the middle of my busy day. Your theater is one of my favorites. The matinee times, variety of movies, comfortable seating, polite and helpful staff and great snacks keeps me coming back.
Since my children have grown now, I’m enjoying brining my small grandchildren, when I have the opportunity. Thank you for many years of pure happiness.

Always clean, prompt concession stand assistance, quality movie experience from visual to audio to the EXTREMELY comfortable seats in a theater built to accommodate seats that recline with room to walk in front of them when fully reclined. And, not to be forgotten, the charitable giving that comes with coming to Santikos.

A-z I enjoy the theater experience. At the embassy theater the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also note that you are hiring those with physical disabilities, which I applaud. I like being able to select and pay for my seats on the app. Unfortunately, when I visited two weeks ago (we go every friday for date day) I had some difficulties using the app to book (since resolved), it necessitated that use the kiosk purchasing station INSIDE the theater. It would not take my Santikos card, and I finally gave up and purchased without award assignation for the tickets (you need to fix that).
The atmosphere is great and you have everything that you want to eat and drink
The theater is clean and orderly. Staff behind the concession stands are polite and efficient. Long lines go by quickly. And the seats in the theater are very comfortable.
