I love Santikos everything about my Santikos experience. The people are friendly the customer service is great. I love the concessions. If I would have any kind of cretic for Santikos, It would be that i've noticed the seats seam to be wearing down as expected. I don't every remember having a seat that didn't work at all, but I've had a few that seam out of alignment. Other than that I love Santikos for over 20 years. Oh and one other thing. A friend made me aware that another movie chain has a movie going membership that seems very reasonable. I wish that Santikos had this. Don't get me wrong I know you have the loyalty program and I do very much love that. But the other chains discount for coming so much is better. Although I love my Santikos Embassy experience and still continues to be my go to. And also one other thing that keeps me going back to Santikos is the Popcorn, to me the hands down best movie Popcorn. As a matter of fact, I have been know only to come up to Embassy just to purchase Popcorn. So my overall is......Keep Doing what You Do Santikos.

Great theater and customer service!

Customer service, clean. One thing y'all should look into is kids going into movies they didn't buy tickets for. We went to watch Until Dawn and 2 young girls were walking around, being loud, and we're very disrespectful. You can tell they didn't buy tickets because they walked up the stairs to see if there were empty seats. Ended up sitting on the handicap row, left and came back and sat on the other side of handicap row. Everyone in the theater was telling them to hush! Just something to keep in mind now that it's going to be summer time.

Everything. Employees are always on the ball, food is great. I love the self serve popcorn, wish all Santikos theatres had that. Bathrooms and theatres are always clean. Only thing Id change is reopening the outside ticket machines. I don't know why they shut them down, hope it was a good one.

The auditorium is always clean, seats in good working order. Snack bar items fresh and tasty. Love the popcorn and soda dispensers.

We love that they recognize us veterans/first responders with $5 Mondays! Love the $5 large drink and $5 large popcorn. We love that Santikos gives back to the community.

We love visiting Santikos theaters not only for the quality of the cinematic experience and the comfort of the seats - but because of the community engagement. Every time we see what Santikos has given back to San Antonio through the foundation we feel like we are participating in a virtuous cycle. Entertainment, jobs, modeling care, and respectful citizenship - that's what I think of when I enter a Santikos theater. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoy the movies we try to go every Friday. It is our date night. We have been married for 57 years.. The staff at Embassy are nice and very helpful..

Embassy is one of my favorite Santikos theaters to go to. The staff is so friendly and the cookie we purchased was delicious! The seats are so comfy and audio really immerses you in the movie. The only downside is that it's far from where I live, but it's always worth the trip.

I like the atmosphere. I like that it is a little smaller than the other theaters. The decor is fun and the theater is clean. I like the reclining seats. The location is also great for us. We live between Santikos Cibolo and Embassy. The Embassy is in the middle of a lot of the restaurants we frequent. But sometimes we also go to Cibolo.

A wide variety of seating selection & recliners. Plenty of hands on deck.
