Great location, friendly staff, good concessions.

We had a great experience this week watching the new Pedro Almodóvar film THE ROOM NEXT DOOR. The auditorium was adequately dark with no distractions. This happened during our viewing of NOSFERATU due to the EXIT lights casting ambient glares on the screen during the very dark sequences.

My wife enjoyed both her slice of pizza and the chicken-quesadilla.

I was bothered by the fact that several movie memorabilia cases in the hallway were empty. There used to be posters.

I have a personal collection of movie posters and wanted to know if I could loan them to Santikos to be displayed in the cases. My collection includes: THE GRADUATE, BLADE RUNNER, RAISING ARIZONA, MOONSTRUCK, and several David Lynch films. Just too many to count. Please let me know.

Love going to Santikos to see a movie. We plan on seeing THE BRUTALIST tonight.

We love the seats! You don’t sit arm to arm with the person sitting next to you. The movie screens are clear and detailed.
Most important, Santikos is a community partner that has San Antonio best interests at heart! It’s a win-win!

We love Santikos Embassy. The location is very convenient. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The popcorn, the butter, the sodas, the pretzel, the cheese dip, and an open menu for quick meals to eat. Overall experience here has been great. But you might want to look into the reclining chair. I was sitting in the E14 or 15 not the aisle seat, but the second after the aisle seat when reclining it, it did make a lot of noise. normally don’t recline either midway of the movie as to not choke on my drink or my popcorn. like I mentioned it’s not a real issue but I just wanted to let you know I’ll be aware of. I still enjoyed my movie with no problems.

Mostly the comfy seating. It's usually playing films we want to see. And we appreciate the Santikos policy of contributing to worthy community causes. One minor complaint: we can no longer get little cardboard dishes for dividing up the popcorn, only the dinky paper cones that don't hold much and can't be set down.

Fast service and comfortable seating!

Good sound proofing of auditorium, good sound and projector systems, cleanliness of lobby, hallways, and latrines. I wish you would restore paper towels and faucets with handles. I like that you offer chocolate milk, and wish that you would offer cheetos popcorn.

Friendliness of staff. Clean theatres and restrooms

The theater was clean. We order food, and it came out fast. The restroom was clean. Very good experience.

The reclining seats at The Embassy location are INCREDIBLE. This is where I’ll see all my movies!!! Love the bar too!

I really like the Embassy Theatre. I've been coming to this theater for many years now. It was the first time my sister had been to this theatre and she really enjoyed the facility. The employees were friendly & professional. They even exchanged my seat as the one I chose was broken . Only thing me, my sister and other friends I bring wish is that you took cash again.
