I really loved the decor as soon as you walk in, so beautiful! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. We have been to all the santikos and the only one we liked was the Mayan, but this one is just as good.

I have been to other theaters and they do not compare to Santikos. I frequent the Embassy mainly because of the great food, intimacy and the cleanliness of it. Also the staff are super nice. If you like small theaters then I recommend the Embassy from Santikos.

We always go to Embassy 14 to see movies. The seats are always clean and comfortable. Wonderful atmosphere. It kinda reminds me of the movie house when I was a kid. Had an “Old Hollywood “ feel to it. It was special to go see a movie at the theater back then. Santikos makes you feel that Old Hollywood once again.

Always an enjoyable experience watching movies on the big screen. It's great. Friendly staff, good popcorn and drinks.

Employees were not only friendly, but helpful. I had my hands full and was busy doing something...a young man helped my son out. As I was sitting down I saw another young man help a woman bring all of her food to her seat. I was impressed!

We love Santikos and it’s always our first choice for movies - especially Palladium or Embassy. I especially like that the bartenders at both locations are top notch and know how to make classic cocktails (old fashioned and manhattans).

However, I was disappointed on our visit today to theatre 8 at Embassy. The carpet walking into the theatre was extremely stained in multiple large areas. It’s something I would expect at Regal or Drafthouse, not Santikos, and hope the carpet is deep cleaned before our next visit.

The food, screen clarity and chairs. We love Embassy. However our experience yesterday was not pleasant unfortunately. I took my son to see "Joker". His is 30 years old. A man came into our row reeking of alcohol. He couldn't find the number of his seat on his paper so asked me what seat he is supposed to sit in. Then he asked my son if you all have in theatre service to serve beer. We told him he has to go to the counter in the main lobby. They don't deliver food into the main theater. He started talking loud, then his friend arrived and right after the movie started they still were making noise so moved to the end of our row by the stairs. Then their (mainly the one guy's) disturbance started bothering the lady in front. We thought she had gotten up to notify the manager as we were getting a little squirrelly. This is a movie about a mentally ill man shooting up people. My son and I stuck it out, afraid if one of us got up to notify a manager, then come back to our seat, then a manager arrived, we would be a target upon leaving the theatre. It just ruined it for us. Next time we will get up, notify a manager and leave the theatre to come back another time. We were also confident his behavior would be picked up by whoever was serving beer. It was just an awful, unnerving afternoon.

The reclining seats are amazingly comfortable. The bar is really good
