Overall experience was great. The only problem I had was my reward log in didnt work out side but when I used the same phone number for our snacks it worked perfectly.

I love the VIP section, it’s so easy and comfortable! It makes going to the movies feel like a special occasion. Perfect for date nights!

I love santikos theaters. My favorite is bijou and Embassy.I love that they're so clean and the popcorn taste better than other theaters and the seats are just amazing very comfortable.

My husband and I love this theater, we will drive out of our way to go here. We love the smaller theater rooms, the seating is very comfortable and you can't go wrong with a self serve icee machine

I like that the two bums who crashed the theater at Embassy were taken care of with courtesy and respect by your staff. They are coo koo, but made the movie Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark a memorable experience.

Place is always very neat and very clean
If there is anything anywhere someone's already on their way to take care of it or anyone and it's just done

Everyone is willing to help especially with any question if they can't answer it the politely say give me a moment I'll find someone

They talked me into the rewards program and within a week I free movie and large popcorn

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Love the atmosphere! The staff is so nice and accommodating! Love getting a drink at the bar and then get my popcorn, candy and Coke Icee! The reclining seats are comfortable and good size!
