I think her name was Belinda. She offered great customer service and made us feel like valued customers.

Here is some things you may need to look into:
Seats - someone needs to test the functions of every seat. I have been there a number of times and the seats either lean or do not function correctly.

There are a number of people who need to eat popcorn without salt. Do you guys not have a machine that can make unsalted popcorn. It's easier to add salt than takeaway.

Do you guys not have security on site or do you have to wait for a threat to happen?

I love Santikos theatres. This particular theater had amazing recliners to go along with refillable drinks and popcorn that all other Santikos theatres have.
