Always clean, prompt concession stand assistance, quality movie experience from visual to audio to the EXTREMELY comfortable seats in a theater built to accommodate seats that recline with room to walk in front of them when fully reclined. And, not to be forgotten, the charitable giving that comes with coming to Santikos.

A-z I enjoy the theater experience. At the embassy theater the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also note that you are hiring those with physical disabilities, which I applaud. I like being able to select and pay for my seats on the app. Unfortunately, when I visited two weeks ago (we go every friday for date day) I had some difficulties using the app to book (since resolved), it necessitated that use the kiosk purchasing station INSIDE the theater. It would not take my Santikos card, and I finally gave up and purchased without award assignation for the tickets (you need to fix that).

Had a Super Saver ticket and wasn’t too sure how I could use it and purchase an additional ticket. The young man at the Concession counter assisted me and also let me know about the points I have and how to use them. Excellent customer service!

I love Santikos for so many reasons. To state a few, I love the self service reduces wait in line time at concessions. I love the rewards program, makes going to the movies fun and economical. I love the charitable partnership with the community. Embassy is my favorite Santikos theatre. It is part of the neighborhood

Seats are great! Good movie choices. Concessions are well-staffed (and friendly!). Seeing a movie at Santikos is a comfortably great experience all around!
