The ease of buying tickets. Assigned seating has been great, especially if it is a big opening movie. It is nice to know that we will be able to sit together. The service at the concessions is always friendly and helpful.

Went to a certain movie which was the worse ever and the 3 of us ladies of a certain age walked out of the movie. The manager was nice enough to put the cost back on my gift card as I was treating the other two to the movie. Thank you very much.

Theater was clean and the seats were spacious and very comfortable. Only issue was I couldn't figure out how to use the express ordering

We love watching movies at Santikos theaters. The staff are all great at all locations, we’re reward/loyalty members and make every Military Monday our movie date day. We appreciate the support of the military and Veterans. So we in turn support the Santikos efforts in all the wonderful things they do for the community.

Clean theatre, decent prices, nice seats, friendly staff

It’s our favorite Santikos theater. HOWEVER, the kiosks in the lobby do not accept (medhanically they don’t work) either the santikos card or manual entry of your club number. This is consistent. The devices are defective. Over numerous visits, they never work properly (as recent as last week - no change). This results in extra time calling over a manager (who always requires us to go the the snack bar to add the loyalty number.

The option, of coursr, is to use my phone to pre-purchase our tickets which works perfectly AND RESULTS IN AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE. Hence our consistent attempts to buy at the theater Kiosks.

This should be an easy fix for management.. but it continues without change - now into multiple months.

I really enjoy the comfortable reclining seats as well as the self serving popcorn and drink stations. The theater is very clean.
