The staff is always amazing and we appreciate all which is offered from the clean theaters to the food options and drinks

It is the only location we go to because everyone there has always been the best to us

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love being able to get tickets from home or on my phone and to choose my seats. The popcorn is always good and I appreciate the courtesy cups for water and the tray so I can share the popcorn easier. The seats are very comfortable and the theaters have always been clean. You can tell they have been wiped down but without the over abundance of moisture left behind.The temperature in the theater has always been fine to me.

I do not like being charged a service fee to book online. I do not like the Santikos app. It sucks.

Nice clean theater, with comfortable chairs. Good snack bar, clean restrooms. I also like how I can order my tickets online, select my seats ahead of time and then just show my QR code on my phone to the ticket guy to scan so there is almost no waiting.

The seating is comfortable, with plenty of room between rows without squeezing over someone or stepping on toes. The stadium arrangement allows a great view from anywhere in the theater.
