What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The seating space and comfort is awesome and such a treat; It’s like a “mini vacation” just 2 miles away. The food is terrific but a bit pricey to experience once a week on our family income and budget. The “food is ready” text is terrific. What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I LOVE this theater. In fact, it is now the only one I will go to. I love that I can reserve seats and buy tickets on-line. I love the comfy recliners. I love the excellent customer service I have always received here. And, as a member, I get points for the movie tickets & concession stand goodies I buy plus a free ticket to a movie for my birthday. Why would I ever want to go any where else?

I love the comfort of the theater, the atmosphere and how relaxing I feel watching the movies that are available. I would highly recommend Santikos Theaters to my family and friends. The staff is very courteous and helpful. My favorite place to be.

The recliner seating is more comfortable. Draft beer is served in a glass instead of plastic cup. The pretzels are fresh with two dips included. There is always enough staff in the concession stand to serve the customers during a movie rush.

Fast and easy ticket purchase options. Enough staff at the concession to not have to wait in a long line for snacks and goodies. Lastly, the reclining seats are the best and enough room to enjoy watching the movie. The experience is comfort like being at home but you’re at santikos!!!

We have never had one bad experience at Embassy. It is our absolute favorite theater in all of San Antonio. Every one that works there is extremely courteous and friendly.

I like the offerings of movies, as they are always up-to-date. I am more comfortable in the newer remodeled chairs. I am happy that you have added more items to your in theater dining. And I like that you can buy tickets online. There’s nothing really that I don’t like

I like the service, locations, food and everything is clean.
I have to mention that the seats now feel “tired” so it is time to start planning a seat pad change.
