The theater and surrounding areas were clean as were the restrooms. The sound was just right but I thought it was a little too cold in the theater.

We have never had one bad experience at Embassy. It is our absolute favorite theater in all of San Antonio. Every one that works there is extremely courteous and friendly.

I like the offerings of movies, as they are always up-to-date. I am more comfortable in the newer remodeled chairs. I am happy that you have added more items to your in theater dining. And I like that you can buy tickets online. There’s nothing really that I don’t like

I have to mention that the seats now feel “tired” so it is time to start planning a seat pad change.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love being able to get tickets from home or on my phone and to choose my seats. The popcorn is always good and I appreciate the courtesy cups for water and the tray so I can share the popcorn easier. The seats are very comfortable and the theaters have always been clean. You can tell they have been wiped down but without the over abundance of moisture left behind.The temperature in the theater has always been fine to me.

I do not like being charged a service fee to book online. I do not like the Santikos app. It sucks.

Nice clean theater, with comfortable chairs. Good snack bar, clean restrooms. I also like how I can order my tickets online, select my seats ahead of time and then just show my QR code on my phone to the ticket guy to scan so there is almost no waiting.
