I always have had a great experience at all Santikos theaters! Always clean and good staff. Embassy theater is especially good as it's not sooooo big, so it makes easier access to get into theaters without walking so far. Really prefer smaller theaters and not so busy/crazy...

I have been to a number of Santikos theaters in the SA , New Braunfels area and always have the finest service imaginable and always treated with regard as a veteran when I take advantage of specials afforded us.

Had an issue with a food order during my last visit. A member of the management team reached out to me and provided a mutually agreeable solution. Will continue to frequent Santikos theaters.

Every person working there is kind and considerate. Look genuinely happy to be there. Really good customer service. Clean theaters. Comfortable seating. Restrooms always nice. and the drinks and popcorn areas are always clean too.
