I very much always enjoy my birthday free ticket reward each year! It make me feel loyalty towards Santikos for doing that! And at the Embassy, the employees were nice and welcoming— I also liked that they were all wearing masks! Plus, I love the drink selection and being able to refill my popcorn. And finally, it’s nice to know that Santikos is giving all their profits to charity. That is wonderful!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

First, I have always tried to choose Santikos when possible. The Embassy location is the most convenient for us and the one we have been frequenting for many years. Understanding Covid is a large factor in the financial decision making of the entertainment industry today, requiring cost saving measures, I hope to see a return to quality concession choices as well as maintained theatres including comfortable seating.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Always a good experience!!Food is slittle expensive.Attrndsnts are always courteous&attentive Rest rooms are clean.Occasionally refreshment sites are messy but are tended to pretty quickly. I always prefer this Theater because everyone says HELLO.

I love Santikos. These are the best theaters in San Antonio. The recliners are great, sound is amazing and the food is very good.

Very friendly staff, the concessions were very quick when we ordered we were able to buy tickets and food in not even 5 minutes. A very quick process, with very comfortable chairs

This is the most well run theater and organization. I’m always very impressed with how the conduct their business, fundraise, and help the community. We are at one of their theaters every week.

Theater in embassy oaks are very clean and neat, good options of snacks. Bathrooms clean. a lot of parking.

Staff was helpful and accommodating when we asked for assistance. There was a misunderstanding in regards to the time the theater would be ready and management did not hesitate to help.
